After years of research and practice, NIUTECH’s industrial continuous pyrolysis production line can now process diversified oily sludge (HW08) including oilfield sludge, refinery sludge, tank bottom sludge, oil base drilling cuttings, oil contained waste, landing sludge and so on.

This pyrolysis plant can continuous feeding and discharging for 24 hours. With good inclusiveness of raw material, there is no need to sieve stone, plastic bags, work clothes, impermeable film, gloves, and other oily contaminated waste when feeding, and raw materials can be directly processed into the production line. The feeding system can also realize on-line weighing, conveying, and feeding seal.

NIUTECH has installed 32 sets of oily sludge pyrolysis production line in Xinjiang, China, which is the largest oil sludge disposal project in China that is certified 1.88 million tons per year oil sludge disposal capacity. So far, the 3rd phase project in the same location and another project in the south of Province are under construction. This pyrolysis equipment also would be gradually installed in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hubei provinces etc comprehensively achieving the industrial promotion.
