From Denmark to the World: How Pyrolysis Technology Turns "White Pollution" into "Urban Oil Fields"

 I. Chemical Recycling of Waste Plastics: An Inevitable Choice Beyond Mechanical Recycling  

The essential difference between chemical recycling and mechanical recycling lies in the fact that chemical recycling uses plastic pyrolysis equipment to break down the high-molecular polymers in waste plastics, reconverting them into plastic monomers, pyrolysis oil, or syngas. This process offers broad feedstock adaptability, capable of handling low-value, mixed, and even landfill-stored waste plastics that mechanical recycling cannot economically process, and converts them into plastic feedstocks of quality comparable to virgin oil-based products, truly enabling a closed-loop development for the plastics industry.  

 II. Pyrolysis Technology: The Industrial Engine of Chemical Recycling and Niutech's Breakthroughs  

The technical strength of Niutech has received the most convincing validation in its Danish waste plastic chemical recycling project. This project utilizes Niutech's industrial continuous waste plastic pyrolysis production line to process sorted plastic waste from municipal solid waste collected locally, converting plastic into oil through pyrolysis, which is then supplied to BASF as a chemical feedstock.  

BASF, as a global chemical giant, imposes extremely stringent requirements on the technology, environmental performance, and stability of its suppliers. The fact that Niutech's equipment received investment and recognition from BASF and was successfully applied demonstrates that China's pyrolysis technology has reached the standards of top-tier international clients in terms of advancement, maturity, and stability. This has removed trust barriers for the global promotion of the technology.  

A complete presentation of the "waste plastic-to-new plastic" closed loop: The pyrolysis oil produced in this project is directly used as a feedstock in downstream chemical plants to produce new plastics, perfectly illustrating a complete chemical recycling closed loop "from waste plastics to new plastics." This industrial synergy model provides a verifiable benchmark for the business model of chemical recycling and finds the perfect endpoint for the plastic recycling process.  

Using the Denmark project as a springboard, Niutech's pyrolysis technology has embarked on a new journey of globalization.
