With the rapid development of society and economy, the widespread use of automobiles has greatly facilitated people's travel. As consumable items, vehicle tires have a limited service life, and a large number of waste tires have become a form of “black pollution” that threatens the ecological environment. According to industry statistics, approximately one billion waste tires are produced globally each year. Currently, mainstream tire recycling methods include retreading and reuse, reclaimed rubber, and producing rubber powder. However, because rubber materials gradually lose their original properties during repeated reuse, these approaches have not fundamentally solved the core problem of waste tire disposal. Against the backdrop of promoting a circular economy worldwide and fulfilling carbon reduction targets, Niutech's innovative research and development of large-scale industrial continuous waste tire pyrolysis processes and complete sets of equipment have demonstrated significant advantages in green, low-carbon, clean, and efficient disposal. These solutions have achieved 100% resource utilization of waste tires and have successfully been implemented in dozens of countries around the globe.

Waste tire pyrolysis technology is an innovative process that converts waste tires into renewable energy and high-value products. Its principle involves breaking down waste tires into fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, and high-calorific non-condensable flammable gases through thermal cracking under specific temperature conditions, thereby enabling the recycling of polymeric solid waste. The pyrolysis oil is a light oil characterized by a high aromatic hydrocarbon content and low viscosity, offering high value for further processing. After refined treatment, the pyrolysis oil can be used as fuel for gasoline or diesel, becoming a typical product in a circular economy model.

The steel wires recovered during pyrolysis are classified as GPA-grade high-strength alloy steel, a high-quality steel raw material resource. Through professional recovery and processing, these steel wires can be used to produce specialized steel grit, playing an important role in industrial applications. The non-condensable flammable gases produced during pyrolysis serve as high-quality, clean fuel, supporting the energy needs of the pyrolysis production line. Achieving self-sufficient operation, these gases are subjected to conventional desulfurization and denitration to meet ultra-low emission standards, demonstrating significant environmental protection advantages. Additionally, the pyrolysis carbon black produced during the pyrolysis process can be processed into different specifications through granulation, allowing flexible adjustments based on market demand. As an indispensable chemical raw material in industrial production, pyrolysis carbon black is mainly used as a reinforcing agent and filler in rubber products, holding considerable application value.

In the field of waste tire pyrolysis, equipment provided by different manufacturers varies significantly in energy efficiency, environmental standards, and carbon reduction capabilities. As the core part of the pyrolysis process, the technical level of the manufacturer and the performance of the equipment directly determine the operational efficiency and treatment quality of the project. Niutech has been deeply engaged in organic waste pyrolysis for over thirty years, with its developed technologies and solutions awarded the National Science and Technology Progress Award, China's highest scientific accolade. This technological system ensures safe operation, environmental compliance, and continuous stable production while achieving the goals of resource recycling, harmlessness, and volume reduction for waste tire treatment. Currently, its products have been successfully exported to countries including Germany, Denmark, Brazil, and Hungary.

Following the European "Green Deal" proposed in December 2019, which aims for carbon neutrality by 2050, countries like the United States have gradually introduced environmental policies to promote clean energy development and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The global clear targets for carbon neutrality and peak carbon have heightened attention to new processes and technologies for energy saving and carbon reduction. Data indicates that every 10,000 tons of waste tires processed through pyrolysis can achieve approximately 11,000 tons of carbon emission reductions. Niutech's waste tire pyrolysis technology and equipment, with their core advantages of being green, low-carbon, clean, and efficient, enable the comprehensive utilization of waste tires. This has significant practical and strategic importance in solving the challenges of waste tire disposal, promoting a circular economy, and achieving the "dual-carbon" goals.
